Measurable results in under 90 days. We identify the processes draining your team's time and build automation solutions that deliver real ROI.
Outcome-focused automation services for mid-market companies
Your support team answers the same 50 questions on repeat.
We build custom AI agents that resolve repetitive customer inquiries automatically — 24/7, in any language — while your humans focus on complex issues.
Still copying data between spreadsheets and sending approval emails by hand?
We map your manual workflows and automate them end-to-end — connecting your existing tools into intelligent flows that run themselves.
Your team spends hours extracting data from PDFs, emails, and scanned documents.
AI reads, classifies, and extracts data from invoices, contracts, and forms in seconds — with 99%+ accuracy and human-in-the-loop review.
You've outgrown spreadsheets but can't find software that fits your process.
We build the tool that doesn't exist yet — dashboards, portals, and internal apps designed for your exact workflow, delivered fast.
Every vendor is pitching AI but nobody's telling you which processes actually benefit from it.
We start with your reality, not the hype. A clear roadmap from 'where do we start?' to measurable results — then we build it.

Founder, Automatica

Previously led automation initiatives inside a Fortune 200 in the Energy & Utilities sector, where he built systems that took high-volume back-office processes from days of manual work to minutes — enabling teams to absorb 3x volume without growing headcount.
“Technology is a form of empathy. The best automation gives people their hours back so they can do the work that actually requires being human.”
It started with a simple frustration: 500 minutes spent downloading 100 accounting reports, one by one. After automating it, we realized something deeper — it wasn't just about saving time. It was about giving people back the freedom to do what they actually went to school for: think, create, contribute.
That experience became Automatica's founding principle: technology is a form of empathy. We exist to liberate human potential by removing the friction that drains energy and creativity.
